ABSTRACTS' SUBMISSION

The Steering Committee invites you to participate in the Conference by presenting a paper within the topics of the Conference. In addition to the main topics, papers on other important subjects of the central Conference themes will be considered for the inclusion in the Scientific Program.
Authors interested in submitting a paper are kindly requested to send an Abstract of maximum one-two A4-pages, one column in Times New Roman 10pts font. Files in .pdf or .doc format (Open Office or Microsoft Word). The abstract should be sent by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat (conferences@praiseworthyprize.com) within ~~December~~ February 20^th, 2010.
The Abstract should be clearly headed with the title of the paper, the Technical topic Area and eventual further keywords. The content should outline the subject along with a brief summary of the substance of the presentation, the methodologies and the techniques employed, the obtained results, possible links with earlier studies, the goals achieved and the original contribution given. Key formulas, figures, tables and reference list are well-accepted.
Furthermore, on a separate page authors should indicate their name, accreditation, address and the title of the paper, underlining the author to contact for correspondence.
Authors will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of their Abstract by February 27^th, 2010. Selected authors will be requested to deliver their full length manuscript not later than March 30^th, 2010.

SUBMISSION OF THE FINAL PAPER

Authors of accepted Abstract should prepare the final manuscript following the same instructions for a publication on IREME Journal.

Final paper should be sent not later than March 30^th, 2010.

The paper length should not exceed six (15) pages in A4 format, including tables, figures, appendix and references.

Extra pages per paper are permitted with an additional charge of 10.00 euros per page.

Authors will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of their final paper by April 15^th, 2010. Selected authors will be requested to deliver their full length manuscript and pay the registration fee not later than May 15^th, 2010.

The best papers accepted for the Conference will be published on a special issue of International Review of Mechanical Engineering - IREME.

REVIEW PROCESS

All submissions will be peer reviewed by 3 reviewers selected by the International Steering Committee.

Submissions will be accepted primarily on the basis of relevance to the conference themes, originality of content, depth of analysis and quality of language.

The rules of the peer-review process are those accepted for IREME Journal.
