Submission of the final manuscript

FULL PAPERS' SUBMISSION

The Steering Committee invites you to participate to the Conference by presenting a paper within the topics of the Conference. In addition to the main topics, papers on other important subjects of the central Conference themes will be considered for the inclusion in the Scientific Program.
Authors interested to submit a paper are kindly requested to send the full version of the manuscript following the same instructions for a publication on IREMOS Journal.

The paper length should not exceed (15) pages in A4 format, including tables, figures, appendix and references.

Extra pages per paper are permitted with an additional charge of 10.00 euros per page.

The template containing all the instructions and the informations regarding the format of the manuscript should be downloaded by clicking the following link:

The files should be in .doc (Open Office or Microsoft Word) format.

The full paper should be sent by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat (conferences@praiseworthyprize.com) within April 10^thApril 30^th, 2012.

The paper should be clearly headed with the title, the Technical topic Area and eventual further keywords. The content should outline the subject along with a brief summary of the substance of the presentation, the methodologies and the techniques employed, the obtained results, possible links with earlier studies, the goals achieved and the original contribution given. Key formulas, figures, tables and reference list are well-accepted.

Furthermore, on a separate page the authors should indicate their name, accreditation, address and the title of the paper, underlining the author to contact for correspondence.

REVIEW PROCESS

All submissions will be peer reviewed by 3 reviewers selected by the International Steering Committee.

Submissions will be accepted primarily on the basis of relevance to the conference themes, originality of content, depth of analysis and quality of language.

The Authors will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of their papers by April 30^thJune 5^th, 2012.

Selected authors will be requested to deliver their final manuscript in agreement with the remarks of the Reviewers not later than May 30^thJune 20^th, 2012.

SUBMISSION OF THE FINAL MANUSCRIPT

The Authors of accepted papers should prepare the final manuscript following the same instructions for a publication on IREMOS Journal.

They will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of their final paper by June 11^thJune 20^th, 2012.

The best papers accepted for the Conference will be published on a special section of International Review of Modelling and Simulations - IREMOS.
