Individual presenters (regular participants) and viewers registered to ICOMOS-VF have full access to the forum via their username and password.

  

 

Presentation Guidelines

  • All accepted papers will be eligible for presentation in the virtual conference.

  • Conference will take place online. Each registered delegate will be provided with a username/password to join the Forum.

  • If needed, a pilot session with the presenters will be organized a day before the conference days.

  • If needed, a pilot web access for the registered Viewers will be organized a day before the conference days, too.

  • The scholar articles are limited up to 15 pages of the Conference (IREMOS) template , 1 PPT presentation (20 slides max) and 1 Movie (20 minutes max).

  • The student articles are limited up to 6 pages of the Conference (IREMOS) template  and 1 PPT presentation (10 slides, max) and 1 Movie (10 minutes max).

Participants will need a personal computer reliable internet connection.

Individual Presenter (regular participants) and Viewers registered for ICOMOS-VF may browse on all conference contents with the possibilities offered for regular participants and viewers. In particular:

 

Regular participants and students can have:

Full access to the Conference via username and password. The participant may browse on all conference contents uploading his papers and supplementary materials such as Power Point Presentations (saved as PDF) or Movies (saved as mpeg) and downloading other papers and materials. Moreover he/she may participate to the discussion of each paper. Comments/answers on each article may be written in a special window using the username/password provided for the Conference.

 

Viewers can have:

Full access to the Virtual Forum via their username and password. The participant may browse on all conference contents  downloading papers and supplementary materials.

Viewer registered for the conference will not be able to comment the articles neither upload papers.
